Pizza Themed Baby Registry? Genius Idea!

Author llevine
November 30th, 2017 11:39 AM

When you’re prepping to add a new baby to your family, diaper warmers and onesies are important to add to your baby registry, sure. But you know what else would be valuable? Pizza.

Domino’s has added a wedding registry component to its site, and now the pizza chain has added a baby registry to its offerings too. Expectant parents can ask for pizza-themed clothes for their little ones, as well as a pizza-themed baby shower. With the news that Domino’s can now be part of your baby shower, here are some other items and services that should expand their offerings to include parents-to-be:

Noise canceling headphones companies

Your kids are watching Paw Patrol for the 348,903th time and you just want to read or get some work done. Throw on headphones and you’re good to go. Surely your family and friends would be willing to add a pair of these to your registry.

A cleaning service

There are few things parents love but can never seem to achieve more than a clean house. Baby gear is great, but having a cleaning service take care of what appears to be a tornado that has struck your home would be even better.

A story-reading service

Does this exist? Probably not, but it should. When your kiddo wants to hear the same book read over and over before they’ll comply and go to bed, it can become draining at best. If only your friends and family could hook you up and have someone come read to your little ones before bed so you could get some shut-eye. That would be MAGICAL.

A laundry service

There seems to be a never-ending pile just waiting to be washed, dried, folded, and put away, and yet there are not enough hours in the day to get it done. If only you could add a laundry service to your registry. Who needs bottles and toys when you could pay to have someone take that endless, tedious chore off your plate?

Baby registries are great, but they’re not always realistic when it comes to things parents need after they’ve welcomed a new member of the family. Domino’s has the right idea, and we’d love to see registries get more creative in the future!
